ANNUAL MEETING AND BOARD ELECTIONThe Annual Meeting will be Saturday, October 12, 2024 at Plumpjack Inn starting at 10:00 am with lunch following around noon. All owners should have received in the mail a letter regarding the meeting as well as a proxy/ballot for the election of directors to the Board. If you plan to attend the Annual Meeting please RSVP according to the instruction on the proxy/ballot.
PLEASE VOTE! Even though the three candidates for the Board are running unopposed, we must reach "quorum" for the election to be valid. That means owners need to cast their votes. It's easy, you can even VOTE ONLINE at OVIVote.com. You will need your Owner ID and Password provided on the proxy/ballot mailed to you.
Palisades Tahoe Proposed Development: Planning Commission Meeting Sept. 5
Public comment on the proposed development at Palisades Tahoe is welcome at the Placer County Planning Commission Meeting to be held Thursday, September 5 at 9:00 am. Location: North Tahoe Event Center, 8318 North Lake Blvd., Kings Beach, CA 96143. You may attend in person or observe the hearing online by going to https://www.placer.ca.gov/9537/_2024.
If not able to attend in person, public comment can be made through a Zoom meeting webinar using the "raise hand" function. Online Zoom webinar: https://placer-ca-gov.zoom.us/j/97942921028. Or, join via phone at 877-853-5247 using the Webinar ID 979 4292 1028. Please dial *9 to “raise hand” and queue for public comment if calling in on phone. Please raise your hand at the time the chair announces the item. There will be no reservation line.
