ANNUAL MEETING AND BOARD ELECTIONThe Annual Meeting will be Saturday, October 12, 2024 at Plumpjack Inn starting at 10:00 am with lunch following around noon. All owners should have received in the mail a letter regarding the meeting as well as a proxy/ballot for the election of directors to the Board. If you plan to attend the Annual Meeting please RSVP according to the instruction on the proxy/ballot.
PLEASE VOTE! Even though the three candidates for the Board are running unopposed, we must reach "quorum" for the election to be valid. That means owners need to cast their votes. It's easy, you can even VOTE ONLINE at OVIVote.com. You will need your Owner ID and Password provided on the proxy/ballot mailed to you.

Please notify Grand Pacific Resorts (GPR) when any part of your contact information changes. Your can call Grand Pacific Vacation Services at 888-477-6967, email them at OVIfrontdesk@gpresorts.com, or fill out an online form by choosing the “Change Contact Info” link under the Owners drop-down menu at OlympicVillageInn.org (or just click here). Make sure to update your address with the Placer County Assessors’ Office as well. Note: Changing an address in your profile on this website will not change the official list. Please use one of the methods stated earlier. Thank you for understanding.
